客户服务兼维修主管
新隆利拥有一支由区域客户服务兼维修主管组成的服务团队。他们各自负责自己区域的客户, 提供定期季度访问服务,检查客户所使用的一切冲泡用具、热水炉、保温器、杯子以及茶匙等等,并且进行有必要的更换、补给或者是现场维修。
然而,他们更重要的任务却是;无时无刻处于待命的状态,随传随到,为新隆利的每一个客户提供紧急维修与品质投诉的服务。 他们都拥有维修所有热水炉与设备的专业技术,能够有效地处理客户对品质的投诉,并且尽心 尽力满足客户的一切需求。
Outlet Service Technician – Area Supervisor
Sin Leong Lee has a team of Area Supervisors providing maintenance & customer service. They are responsible for customers in their designated area, providing regular quarterly visitation service, checking all brewing utensils, water boilers, warmers, cups and teaspoons, etc… used by customers and carry out necessary replacement, replenishment or on-site repair.
However, their main important task is to be on standby, readily available for emergency maintenance and quality complaint services for every customer of Sin Leong Lee. They have the expertise to repair all types of water boilers and appliances, effectively handle customer complaints on quality and going out of their way to meet all customer needs.
新隆利也拥有一支专门负责送货的物流团队。他们态度诚恳,工作勤奋,每天清晨四点准时出发,按照公司前一天规划好的行程,风雨不改地将新隆利咖啡粉与茶粉送达客户处。
Logistics Team
Sin Leong Lee has a dedicated delivery team. Sincere and diligent in their work, they set off for delivery on time every morning at 4am, according to the delivery scheduled by the company the day before. Regardless of rain or shine, they will deliver Sin Leong Lee coffee powder and tea dust to customers on time.
