220g COFFEE MAKING METHOD

STEP 1

将220克的咖啡粉置入搅拌壶。

Add 220g of coffee powder into stir pot.

STEP 2

加入热水至搅拌壶的标记点,并搅拌30秒。

Fill hot water to the marking point of the stir pot and stir for 30 seconds.

STEP 3

浸泡60秒,等待泡沫消失。

Let it stand for 60 seconds till the bubbles disappear.

STEP 4

用热水烫一下咖啡滤袋,然后扭干之。

Scald the coffee filter bag with hot water and wring it dry.

Coffee Making Method

STEP 5

过滤整壶的咖啡,并让咖啡滤袋浸泡在壶中至用完为止。

Filter the whole pot of coffee and soak the coffee filter bag in the pot until used up.

浓度调配
Concentration Blending

2/3 杯 + 水 = 12 杯“厚”咖啡
2/3 cup + Water
= 12 cups of THICK coffee

1/2 杯 + 水 = 15 杯“一般”咖啡
1/2 cup + Water
= 15 cups of ORDINARY coffee

*** 注意事项 NOTE  ***

  • 确定热水的温度至少于90°c – 95°c之间。
  • 用过后的咖啡滤袋,必须尽快清洗。扭干后,凌空拍打数下。确保晾干后的咖啡袋保持柔软。
  • 咖啡粉桶的铁盖必须时刻保持盖紧,以防止咖啡粉吸收空气中的水分而导致香味尽失。
  • Make sure that the temperature of the hot water is at least 90°c – 95°c.
  • After use, the coffee filter bag must be cleaned as soon as possible. After wringing dry, pat a few times in the air. Make sure the coffee filter bag soft after drying.
  • The cover of the coffee powder container must be kept tightly closed at the all times to prevent the coffee powder from absorbing moisture in the air and causing the aroma to be lost.
